Terms of Appointment:
Candidates for appointment shall have the following qualifications:
a) the Malaysian Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification recognized by the government, or (starting salary: RM1, 361.14)
b) Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia or equivalent qualification recognized by the government, or (starting salary: RM1, 361.14)
c) Diploma in public administration recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification, or (starting salary: RM1, 664.95)
d) Diploma in property management is recognized by the government of the institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification, or (starting salary: RM1, 737.15) and
e) Honors English / Bahasa Melayu (including oral examination) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent qualification recognized by the government.
